NITI NITI based in Tokyo.
Its main business is offering B2B inbound sightseeing one day tour with other travel agency throughout Taiwan,
Japan and Hong Kong. In 2020 they are preparing to extend their operation from B2B to B2C.
There is a platform which was built in 2020, However, a lot of problems causing the project to interrupt. The owners decided to rebuild their B2C service.
- Old-school design
- No corresponding application- No using guild
- Focus on our clients : original B2B customers and potential users.
- Confirm client’s detail , such as spending habits, frequency of traveling Japan and usage rate of other traveling services.
According to user research, our rivals will be Jalan and Rakuten Travel ( Japan ) KKDAY ( Taiwan ) Ctrip ( China ), Asia Miles and Klook ( Hong Kong )
There are only two people in this project, a administrator and me. Veterans of these company with few technological knowledge.
They were going to establish an application only without a renew platform comparing.

Conducting a workshop on the construction of a B2C service (inviting tour guilds to attend and receiving feedback from our clients directly).

Investigating products that are similar to those in the tourism industry, such as hotel booking systems or restaurant booking systems.
- Using key words and tag to helping users find ideal trips
- Simplifying payment process
- Putting navigation bar in evidence
- Signifying every statement about trip you focus on, such as, which one is ready to go, which one is completed.
Especially, tourism industry service is not a single situation like booking rooms or buying goods. A tour combines lots of relevant industries such as transportation, restaurants, and tickets. The details are not shown in the results, however, it’s necessary.
