NITI NITI is based in Tokyo, and its primary business focuses on offering B2B inbound one-day sightseeing tours in collaboration with other travel agencies across Taiwan, Japan, and Hong Kong. In 2020, the company began preparations to expand its operations from B2B to B2C. A platform was built in 2020, but due to various issues, the project faced interruptions. As a result, the owners have decided to rebuild their B2C service.
- Old-school design
- No corresponding application- No using guild
- Focus on our clients : original B2B customers and potential users.
- Confirm client’s detail , such as spending habits, frequency of traveling Japan and usage rate of other traveling services.
According to user research, our rivals will be Jalan and Rakuten Travel ( Japan ) KKDAY ( Taiwan ) Ctrip ( China ), Asia Miles and Klook ( Hong Kong )

Conducting a workshop on the construction of a B2C service (inviting tour guilds to attend and receiving feedback from our clients directly).
Define pain point and user request from several complaints.
Investigating products that are similar to those in the tourism industry, such as hotel booking systems or restaurant booking systems.
- Use keywords and tags to help users easily find their ideal trips.
- Simplify the payment process for a smoother experience.
- Highlight the navigation bar for better accessibility.
- Clearly indicate the status of each trip, such as "Ready to Go" or "Completed."

Analyzing opinions from various roles, such as administration staff, drivers, tour guides, accounting, and customer service.
Do my all effort to understand request, and learned how to organize efficiently
Level up of communication skills with Japanese and non-native Mandarin.
I regarded a lot of knowledge of law about tourism industry and accounting, Law is difficult but it’s necessary for development.
