Background

NITI NITI is based in Tokyo, and its primary business focuses on offering B2B inbound one-day sightseeing tours in collaboration with other travel agencies across Taiwan, Japan, and Hong Kong. In 2020, the company began preparations to expand its operations from B2B to B2C.

A platform was built in 2020, but due to various issues, the project faced interruptions. As a result, the owners have decided to rebuild their B2C service.

Especially, tourism industry service is not a single situation like booking rooms or buying goods. A tour combines lots of relevant industries such as transportation, restaurants, and tickets. The details are not shown in the results, however, it’s necessary.

Multi-perspective thinking

Analyzing opinions from various roles, such as administration staff, drivers, tour guides, accounting, and customer service.

Organize information

Do my all effort to understand request, and learned how to organize efficiently

Communication skills

Level up of communication skills with Japanese and non-native Mandarin.

About law

I regarded a lot of knowledge of law about tourism industry and accounting, Law is difficult but it’s necessary for development.
