Background

TENBOO is an extensions based on
sales map : https://www.chrysocloud.com/salesmap

A platform that facilitates the user in creating customer lists and sending emails automatically in 30 seconds. Over there are buns of users. The ownership intends to construct a larger system that will benefit more users.

When visiting an existing client, suggest potential sales clients nearby automatically. Make these companies visible on the map

Introduce AI

Automatically detect the business of each company and further identify their potential needs. By using automated email development, the return rate can be increased by 20 times.

Real-time client understanding

Shows the latest news of each customer (the latest press release, etc.) to Dashboard, or shows the number of customers' past recruitment, to understand client's potential needs

The takeaway from this project

Combine more functions but keep UI clear and simple UX

Although we have many functions which are necessary in the sales process.
However, to achieve a better user experience, it is crucial to prioritize and stay objective throughout the entire product development process.

Involve in sales progress

As a designer, I am grateful for the chance to converse with individuals directly and comprehend their difficulties, especially from a sales perspective.
